"We loved our tour with Dafu! We started by making dough at her house, then explored local food markets and learned lots about ingredients in Chinese cooking! Dafu and her mum were incredibly hospitable, and we then spent the afternoon making dumplings and biang biang noodles which was one of the best meals of our trip! Delicious! Dafu even bought me a cake when she realised it was my birthday! We had an amazing time cooking and the experience was one of our favourites whilst in China! “Wow, phenomenal experience. Blew my mind. We went to a local market then had TONS of hands-on noodles making. Kneading the dough, chopping tomatoes and chives and these really cool ash-covered translucent eggs. Made both spinach dough and biang biang dough. Very comprehensive and exciting. And also amazing tea and cute cat.”
